Microcredit

I didn’t know what microcredit is. So I have to search about it and it results they are credits in a very small size. This helps people with not big capitals to start their own business and to have the opportunity to grow their economical life. Micro credits are very benefic actions of banks.

I think this is perfect because it doesn’t give advantage only to rich people it also gives opportunity to the ones that needed the most. If bank continuous giving this micro credits everybody will finish glad and because of this same reason people will continue paying this credits in a religious way to express their gratitude. Micro credits give poor people the opportunity to become true their dreams.

Mozart's effect

There are studies about the role of the music in the studies and how they help to learn more but this studies are not for any kind of music, it is specialized in the classic music like the Mozart’s music.

In my criteria there nothing wrong in the establishment of this kind of music in the schools and high schools. And I have 2 good reasons first it is a very relaxed music and second the studies don’t lie so if they demonstrate that is useful I don’t see why not to prove it.

Like in all the things you need to be moderate so if they are going to establish this music in the system it must be regulated. For example the volume and in this way everybody is going to win. The music has spectacular effects in human so we only have to know where and how to use it.

Privacy

Privacy is considered a right for me and a very important one because it is a very personal thing. We can define privacy like a personal space for you where you can put your thoughts and feelings and is my choice if I want to tell someone about this thing. That’s why I consider it a right. What I do in my free time is private and no one must care about it always that my freedom doesn’t hurt anyone.

The politics of privacy at work are constantly changing this is good or bad? it depends because nothing is good in excess. It is excellent for jobs in cubicles, because statistics said that the majority visit porn, social and also internet games pages during their work time. This always depends of the job but at work is valid because you are supposed to give a 100% at work.

I think people have to respect the privacy of everybody because it’s our right. And if we have problem with it you must talk about it. I think that in work is necessary to supervise the job of the workers. This doesn’t mean that boss can take the privacy of worker, this means that bosses need to know if the job was done well.

Human rights

Human rights are very important in this time. The principles of the human rights are base on the respect for every human and to treat them all with dignity. Human rights are universal in other word they are apply every where there is a nation. And it doesn’t matter the color or shape you are because we are all the same. To have human rights you only have to be alive.

After the second world war In October, 24, 1945 the United Nations came into being as an intergovernmental organization were create with the purpose to treat everybody the same and for delete every possibility of another war in the future. In the present the United Nations have create 6 bodies some of them are the General Assembly, the Security Council, the International Court of Justice, and in relation to human rights, an Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

In summary this was the best solution that nations can invent to evade another war and promote respects and dignity to every human. But I think they have to continue fighting for more equality and are perfect they support people with big needs.

Sunday Eastern celebration

Eastern is the biggest celebration for all the catholic people. In eastern Catholics celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This week is full of activities like go walking to church. In TV we can see lots of movies or documents about miracles and Jesus.

In this week is also approach by families to go to the beach because in general all jobs give free since Thursday. In eastern you are suppose to do meditation about your live and fast with meat but I use to fast with fast food because it represents a challenge for me and I think that the point of fast is to do it with something that is hard to resist and in that way it will be a better spiritual experience.

In summary people in this times are not giving the adequate respect to eastern and this is something we must change because religion is something you must respect. And there is also the theme of the eggs but that is only a way of making more money to the big monopolies like Hallmark. We must emphasis more on the Jesus resurrection.

Trends

Trends are moving the world in this times, is exaggerated how people loses lots of money in cloth that they will use one time and no more. I think that this effect has a lot of relation with the publicity. Publicity has the power of influence you to do many things and the perfect example would be buy trends.

There are all kinds of trends maybe the most popular is fashion, we can said that fashion is a hole world. Trends are funny because trends that are the most weird or opposite to the actual trend are the ones that make a revolution.

Trends are seen by everybody and a mad thing is that there are trends for all and the ones follow by children unfortunately are the bad ones. Experts said that children follow this trends to feel acceptable and this is ridiculous so my opinion is that parents must teach the difference between trends and bad examples.

Monasticism

Monasticism is a way of life Monasticism comes from mono that means single or one. In monastery people use to be quite. They promoted the peace; they want to disappear all kind of violence of their life so they prefer to mediate and fast with pleasures.

Some people may think that monasticism is a bored way of living, in my case I admire these people because they have a lot of courage to leave their normal lives behind and enter to this one.

These people try to leave behind the vanity because they think that we all are the equal. They live in relation with nature at 100 percent. I think we have to make more practices like these ones because is a way of helping others.

self steem

The self steem is a very complicated theme because it involves lots of circumstances that completes your self steem stream, and the reactions can be either good or terrible. Let’s star explaining with what is self steem. It can be defined like the way you feel about yourself, what you think of you, if you are cute, intelligent, strong or things like that.

Self steam is essential for a complete healthy way of life ;because in my opinion, there is no way that you can live happy if you do not agree with how you are in other words don’t like or do not accept who you are. Nothing is good in excess, so is not good to have a lot of self steem but is awful to have a very low self steem.

In my opinion, is terrible to have low self steem because in that case you can get to the point of think that you don’t have any reason to exist. Now is very popular the emos, they dress all black and are pretty quite. And there are two kinds of emos the ones that only wants to get attention and the ones that really thinks that they are not valuable for no one and that kind of emos are the ones that scares me, because they need help.

In the present people with low self steem cam go to therapies whit sociologies, to see that their lives are as same as important as anyone, nd they need to face that no one is perfect, but we have to learn to live with who we are and accept our self like that.

Honesty

Honesty has a lot of importance everywhere because it the correct choice. This also tells a lot of your values. Moral is another is way to call honesty and vice verse immoral with dishonest. In my opinion, if you are not honest it will be hard to you to succeed in all for example: in the academic part if you copy in home works or in practices, I’m pretty sure that will create higher probabilities of fail the test.


Honesty gives lots of good consequences, for me the most significant would be the trust because it is a very important part of life, for example: in work if your bosses trust you ,he will give you a better position in your work. The only way to gain trust is being honest all the time.


For me, to an honest person is a person with morals and respects others and lot of values, being honest is changing in this times and this is something we must change to make a better environment. There is a big difference between being honest and hypocrite. Honest is to tell the truth and hypocrite is to tell people lies or to do things to make them feel good, on your own benefit. It’s hard to gain trust but it’s very easy to lose it.

Addictive Personalities

The addiction is a terrible thing. The worst of all is that it can make you lose everything for example your family, friends and also material things. Is sad but it’s a real situation. The addiction is when your body asks you for a substance at any time it can be a good or bad substance. In the case of chocolates is a good substance, but not only that you can also be an addict to different activities, for example to gambling, shopping, and sex activities.


The addiction is something it must be control and the first step in whatever kind of addiction for the addictive person is to admit that he or she has an addiction. The advantage in these times is that there are a lot of places of rehabilitation. Even so to complete the rehabilitation requires from a lot of personality and desire to quit that addiction.

globalization

Globalization is a situation that is everywhere and in my opinion is something we must learn to deal with. I think there is nothing wrong all the opposite is good because in that way you can be inform of how is all around the world. An example in social networks is facebook and this is a good invention because it gives you the opportunity of stay in contact with your family that lives in other country.

There are different kinds of globalization: industrial, economic, political, informational and competition. This will give us a reference of how is the economy of your country taking of reference the dollar, this is an example of how important is the globalization.

In summary globalization is good and have to adapt to it because is something that it will never stop growing. And the more you wait, it will be harder to adapt.

introduction

My name is Luis Manuel Medrano Sorto. I am 18 years old and my birthday is in 31 of March. I have been living in Coronado, Villa Flores since I was a little kid. My family is of 4 members my mom, my father, a younger sister and me. I like to practice soccer, I used to play with Uruguay de Coronado a team of second division, but I stopped training because of the college.

I am studying Industrial Engineering and this is my third term in college. My expectations for this course are to speak more fluid and expand my vocabulary.
